June 2010. WOW..I would recommend this Villa to everyone. The owner has thought of everything and is extremley friendly & helpful. It will not disappoint. Decorated to a high standard,fully equiped, beautiful setting and very close to parks and H192. I will definately be coming back. A Huge Thankyou.. I have stayed in many villas in Florida but will in future only return to this one!! Excellant. This home was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms were great. The pool was a welcome relaxation after a day of tennis or volleyball at the clubhouse or a day at the attractions. The home was very nicely appointed and very clean. The kitchen counters were even identical to those in our own home! We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. So close to the Disney parks and the house had everything our family needed to make us feel right at home. The conservation area in the backyard makes you feel so peaceful at the end of a busy day. We would stay here again and advise friends to do the same. So glad I kept searching the internet until I found this villa! It was perfect.

I have rented homes on many trips to Disney. This is the second time we have rented your villa. The location can't be beat. Windsor Palms has all the amenities you could ask for. Iain, your property manager, was very friendly and quick to respond to anything that came up. The House was still in great shape since we rented it a year ago. I recommend everyone with kids or extended family rent a house instead of paying the high hotel prices in the area. We plan to stay in the villa again. I wish we could just keep it our little secret retreat and not tell anyone, but I am afraid the word is out. This is the best place to stay in Orlando!

We all had a wonderful time, especially the five children. They absolutely loved the game room and swimming pool! I don't think we ever had to put the TV on for them. Your villa definitely has the advantage of backing up to the conservation area. That privacy and beauty was a real asset (not to mention the cool frogs and crickets. We all had fun one morning extracting a frog from the pool. The kids were happy we could free this creature back into the wild). Iain was very helpful and accommodating. We just loved everything about your villa and the whole Disney World experience. I had not been to Disney since I was 10 years old. The children had never been. It was so nice coming home to your comfortable villa at the end of a long and hot day at Disney. Your directions worked marvelously. We appreciated greatly all of your sage advice and counsel, expecially about the Publix and logistics at Disney. We would love to rent your Villa again. Please keep us on your mailing/email list.

The villa was everything we were looking for and more. The kids enjoyed the pool every day for at least 2 hours. Air Hockey was the favorite game of everyone. A tropical storm poured on us for only half a day so the weather was great the rest of the time. We have rented houses on four different trips to Orlando and this was by far the best experience. Good directions, friendly guards, easy access to the key, the pool company cleaned up the pool area. There was plenty of closet space and the whole house was well kept and clean. We plan on staying there again next year. Many thanks.

Thank you for the use of your fantastic villa. The location is superb,close to all the parks and eating establishments. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to come home from a day at the park and relax in the pool.The villa had everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. We also had a week of terrific weather. Hope to return next year. HAVING RENTED VARIOUS HOLIDAY HOMES IN ORLANDO OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM OUR SECOND STAY IN YOURS AND AGREE THAT IT MORE THAN MEEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS. THE GATED ENTRANCE BRINGS SECURITY , WINDSOR PALMS IS EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED WITH GOOD FACILITIES, AND THE VILLA IS IMMACULATE BOTH INSIDE AND OUT BY THE POOL. THE LAYOUT OF THE INTERIOR IS EXCELLENT FOR EITHER A COUPLE ON THEIR OWN OR A LARGE FAMILY, YOU HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING TO PROVIDE A WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME, WHICH WILL AGAIN BE OUR FIRST CHOICE FOR OUR NEXT VISIT. Thank you for letting us stay in your spacious villa for 3 weeks. the pool was fantastic and very soothing after days at the parks(which are really only 5mins away). Down to the small details you will find yourself relaxed and home from home. I am sure my 5 year old daughter preferred to stay by the pool than see Mickey Mouse. The letting agent and pool man was fantastic and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this villa, and i would not hesitate in renting it again on our next trip to Orlando.

Just arriving back from an absolutely wonderful time at your magnificent home in Orlando. Beautifully decorated and with all the comforts one would need.....everyone in our party (especially the kids) had a great time. Everything was wonderful! We were so pleased with the house. The community was beautiful. We enjoyed walking/running in the neighborhood for exercise. Our house was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. Everything was decorated beautifully. We were very pleased with kitchen area as it was stocked with all the necessities. We totally enjoyed the whole house. My children especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool area with all of the pool toys that you provided. I am sure we will be returning next year.
