About Our Home
Our open plan house gives a feeling of space and lends itself to family living. Large enough for two families to share in comfort, it is professionally decorated by an interior designer giving the villa a modern contemporary airy feel. There are beautiful soft furnishings, luxurious bed linens and UK duvets.

The pool area overlooks the large conservation ground to the rear, there are no homes overlooking us and we have privacy hedge screening on either side of the pool making this a truly private area. The pool and spa can be heated if necessary. There is a patio table and chairs so that you can enjoy meals outside. We also provide four sun-loungers for time to reflect on your wonderful day. For your children’s safety we have a pool safety screen that should be used at all times.
The whole area is screened from insects by a pool cage. Most importantly this area is South facing so gets the sun all day and spectacular views of the evening sunsets.
Lounge / Dining Room
This is a lovely open plan area with views over the pool deck. We have comfortable sofas a large TV with a playstation 2 for our younger guests. When needed the sofa can be converted into a double bed. The patio doors lead out to the covered lani and pool area.
Kitchen
We have a spacious kitchen which is well equipped to give a home from home experience. With many appliances including microwave, dishwasher, juicer, and coffee machine. The kitchen is a lovely place for family meals overlooking the pool.
We have a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Master Suite
 
The Master suite has an American king sized bed, beautiful furnishings (including UK duvets) along with cable TV and walk in closet. The en-suite has a bath tub, walk-in shower, twin basins and separate toilet.
Queen Suite
The Queen suite has a queen sized bed, built-in closet, and cable T.V. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
Twin Bedrooms
  
The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. Each room has twin beds and cable TV.
Games Room
The games room includes air hockey, table tennis and table football for your enjoyment, along with comfortable chairs for those not participating. Family games and lots of information regarding the surrounding area make this a great place for relaxing after a busy day at the parks.
Air Conditioning
The whole of our Florida villa is fully air conditioned.
Baby Equipment
We provide a high chair, crib and stroller for guest use.
Security
The house is fitted with an ADT security alarm. We have an electronic safe for guests valuables, fire extinguisher and smoke alarms. Most importantly we have a pool safety fence.
The villa is serviced by a local management company, who are available 24 hours a day in case an emergency should arise. We request for the comfort of all our guests that the villa is a non-smoking and pets are not allowed. |
