The minimum rental is 4 nights.
The nightly rate is one fifth of the normal weekly rate for rentals of less than seven nights and one sixth of the normal weekly rate for rentals of more than seven nights.
Rentals of less than seven nights incur an $85/£45 cleaning charge.
All prices INCLUDE Florida State Tax.
